PRIVACY

Privacy Policy

Effective September 9, 2026

This policy explains how Inspire Your Buyers® handles information when you visit this website, take the Narrative Assessment, book a conversation, or contact us.

Who we are

This website is operated by FutureSight Inc, doing business as Inspire Your Buyers®. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to that business.

For privacy questions or requests, email bruce@inspireyourbuyers.com.

Information you choose to share

If you email, call, or book a meeting, we receive the information you provide. This may include your name, email address, phone number, company, appointment details, and the contents of your message. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information that is not needed for your inquiry.

We use this information to reply, arrange meetings, discuss or deliver our services, and maintain records of our business relationship.

The contact form works the same way. What you type in it, your name, your email address, the topic you pick and your message, is sent to us as an email and nothing else is done with it. It is not saved in a database, not added to a mailing list, and not passed to anyone. Your address is used to reply to you. Our email provider, Resend, delivers that message. If you would rather not use the form, the same page lists the phone number and the email address, which reach the same place.

Newsletter signup

We plan to offer an optional newsletter signup link. When available, you can choose to provide your email address, name, and other contact information requested by the signup form. We will use the information you submit to send the newsletter and manage your subscription.

You can unsubscribe using the link in a newsletter or by emailing us. A provider used to collect signups or deliver the newsletter will process the information needed for that service. We will update this policy with the provider details when the signup is added.

We do not sell or trade your information

We do not sell or trade personal information you provide to us. We may share it with service providers as needed to operate the site, manage subscriptions, respond to you, or deliver our services, and in the legal or security circumstances described below.

Your Narrative Assessment answers

The assessment scores your answers in your browser. Its own code does not send your answers or score to us, save them in cookies or browser storage, or require your email address. Refreshing or closing the page resets the assessment.

Its own code is not the whole picture, so we want to be plain about this. The session recording described below runs on the assessment page too, which means the answers you select while taking it can be seen by us in a replay of your visit. If you would rather not be recorded, take the assessment with a tracker blocker enabled, or email us and we will delete a recording.

At the end you can choose to have your result emailed to you. Nothing is sent unless you type an address and press the button. When you do, we send that result to the address you gave, and we are notified that you asked for it, which tells us your address, your six dimension scores, the band you landed in, and the situation you selected. We do not receive the individual answers you gave. The message is delivered by Resend, our email provider, and your address is used to send it and to reply if you write back. It is not added to a mailing list, and we do not sell or trade it. The email carries no tracking pixel. Ask us and we will delete your address and the message from our records.

If you choose to share your results in an email or meeting, we receive what you share. Visiting the assessment still involves the technical connections described below.

Information involved in loading the website

Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, processes connection information to deliver and protect the site. This can include your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, and security events.

Fonts, images, and every other page resource are served from this website, so loading a page does not disclose anything about you to a third party beyond the hosting described above.

Two pages embed Vimeo videos. Your browser connects to Vimeo when one of those players loads, which can disclose your IP address, browser information, and the page requesting it. Those players are set to Vimeo’s Do Not Track mode, which instructs the player not to track your session, though the connection itself is still made when the player loads rather than when you press play.

Cookies and tracking

The site's own code does not set cookies. The measurement and chat tools below do, or use similar browser storage, and they load when a page opens rather than after you agree to them. The site carries no advertising pixels, does not sell or share personal information for advertising, and does not make a separate response to browser Do Not Track signals.

Cloudflare Web Analytics reports aggregate page views and referrers. It is enabled at our hosting provider rather than added to the pages. It sets no cookies, uses no browser storage, and does not build a profile of you or follow you to other websites.

Google Analytics reports which pages are read, how visitors arrive, and roughly where in the world they are. It sets cookies that let it recognise a returning browser across visits.

Microsoft Clarity records a replay of your visit and builds heatmaps from it. That means it captures the pages you open and the clicks, scrolls, typing and selections you make on them, including on the Narrative Assessment. It sets cookies.

Zoho SalesIQ runs the chat window and identifies returning visitors so a conversation has context. It sets cookies, and anything you type into the chat reaches us.

You can block or remove cookies through your browser and use its controls to restrict third-party content. Blocking some resources may affect video playback, booking, or other features. Third-party providers may collect information about your interactions with their services across websites under their own policies.

Service providers and external links

We use providers for hosting and security, email, and appointment scheduling. They process information needed to provide those services. Our booking links open Zoho Bookings, where information you submit is used to arrange your appointment. Resend delivers the contact form and, if you ask for one, your assessment result.

These providers explain their practices here:

Links to Amazon, LinkedIn, research sources, and other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. Book purchases take place through the retailer; this website does not collect your payment-card details.

We may also disclose information when legally required, to respond to a valid legal request, or to protect rights and address fraud or security threats.

Retention and security

We retain correspondence and business records for as long as needed for the inquiry or relationship, applicable recordkeeping obligations, and resolving disputes. Provider logs and cookies follow the provider's applicable retention practices. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and requests

You can contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have shared with us, or to ask us to stop sending marketing messages. Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may also have rights to obtain a copy, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a privacy regulator.

We may need to verify your identity before handling a request. Some information may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. You do not need to send assessment answers to make a privacy request.

International visitors

Our business and service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Privacy protections may differ from those where you live. Applicable provider policies explain their international processing practices.

Children

This site is intended for business professionals, not children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can address it.

Changes to this policy

We will post updates on this page and change the effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes or obtain consent before using information in a new way.
